Jon Landau, franchise producer of Avatar: The Way of Water, proudly revealed the progress of the film on social media as he shares a photo of composer Simon Franglen doing the musical score of the movie, calling it the “scoring sessions” already underway.
Avatar: The Way of Water is a much-awaited sequel that took more than a decade to come into fruition. As the release date nears, the post-production of the movie is now on double-time to deliver yet another masterpiece in December this year.
Avatar clearly etched its name in history as it held the seat of the highest-grossing film before Avengers: Endgame arrived. After thirteen years, it will finally be back on the big screen. Director James Cameron took his time to make sure that the upcoming sequel would be worth the wait.

Avatar: The Way of Water is set a decade after the first movie and it will follow the Sully family as trouble starts to rumble around them and they will do everything to keep each other safe to stay alive and endure the problems that they will face.
Avatar: The Way of Water is within the helm of director James Cameron under 20th Century Studios satrring Sam Wothington, Zoe Saldaña, Michelle Yeoh, Kate Winslet, Stephen Lang, Sigourney Weaver, Giovanni Ribisi, Dileep Rao, Matt Gerald, Joel David Moore, Cliff Curtis, Brendan Cowell, Edie Falco, CJ Jones, Oona Chaplin, Jemaine Clement, and Vin Diesel.
Avatar: The Way of Water is set to release in theaters on December 16, 2022.
