Marvel has yet to take action or make any official announcements on this, it is best to take these with a grain of salt as nothing has been confirmed yet. For now, multiple sources are pointing at similar plot points that were included in the first version script of The Kang Dynasty.
Again, do note that whether these are accurate or not will depend on the ‘final script’ that Marvel will push through. As of now, this is the first version, which means there’s a high chance some of the details will be changed in the future, especially since it won’t be released until 2025.

To recap, since Thanos has ended his era in Avengers: Endgame, it has been expected for Kang the Conqueror to take his place as the main villain of the upcoming Marvel Phase Five. Jonathan Majors’ character was first introduced in Loki Season 1 as He Who Remains, and was next seen in the trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, depicting his starting reign over the MCU.
The leaks of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty will center around Kang (of course) where we will get to see him interact with Nathaniel Richards. Richards is one of Kang’s variants who successfully conquered several worlds through the help of the multiverse.
In the film, according to @marvelnewss on Twitter and Heavy Spoilers (via The Direct), we will be seeing the fight with Kang to be led by Shang-Chi, Captain America (Sam Wilson), and the new Black Panther.
Given the time Marvel movies have been teasing Kang the Conqueror, there is no doubt Avengers 5 will become the biggest movie yet, as it is speculated to feature even more characters, especially with the use of the multiverse concept.
