Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Revisits Sosuke Aizen
In Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 6, Captain Yamamoto took on Yhwach and the background of their relationship is revealed. The fight in itself is a masterpiece, weaving past and present and with just the right amount of brutality between the two characters. Amazingly, the episode also confirms that Yhwach had visited the imprisoned Sosuke Aizen, asking the former Soul Reaper for help. However, Aizen refuses, claiming he doesn’t want to see the Quincy King following a Soul Reaper.
Overall, The Fire was an amazing episode and it looks like Bleach fans absolutely agree. It has just been confirmed that TYBW Episode 6 is currently the highest-rated TV episode of all time on IMDb, defeating Attack on Titan Season 3 Episode 17 (via Reddit).

Attack on Titan Episode 54 was broadcast back in 2019 and it followed Armin Arlert as he prepared a plan to go after the Armored Titan and Colossal Titan. The tense episode put everything on the line in an effort to defeat the Titans, and not surprisingly, it cost Armin everything he had.
Interestingly, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War has the same perfect rating as the Breaking Bad episode Ozymandias. Needless to say, we’ll have to see if The Fire can maintain its rating on IMDb. Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 7 is titled Born in the Dark and is set for release on November 21, 2022.
