Now, a new rumor sparks renewed discussion surrounding Ridley’s Star Wars status and according to YouTuber Mike Zeroh (via Express), Lucasfilm is giving the 30-year-old British actress her own series on Disney+ which chronicles the aftermath of The Rise of Skywalker. According to a video he recently posted, the said project will see Rey form her own Jedi Order. It’s worth noting though that the source has had a reputation of being a hit-or-miss when it comes to his Star Wars scoops so it’s still best to take this one with a huge grain of salt. Also Read: Daisy Ridley Finally Responds to Star Wars Return RumorsEarlier this year, Daisy opened up about possibly returning to the franchise in the future and while she didn’t really give a definitive answer to all the rumors surrounding her next galactic journey, the actress said that she’ll always be Rey, and if you’ll look at it from a different perspective, it seems like an indication that she will in fact come back. Meanwhile, the Star Wars sequel trilogy is available to stream on Disney+.
