In She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Jennifer Walters had to represent Eugene Patilio who wants to sue Luke Jacobson for selling him a faulty supersuit. Jacobson, who is represented by Matt Murdock, wins when Patilio admits he didn’t follow the tailor’s instructions. Later, Patilio is attacked by a masked assailant who turns out to be Murdock, who claims the former kidnapped Jacobson. After rescuing the tailor, Walters and Murdock sleep together.
Not surprisingly, Steven S. DeKnight is loving the latest episode of the Marvel Cinematic Universe series. The former Daredevil showrunner tweeted out his thoughts on Episode 8. “I could not ship Matt Murdoch and Jennifer Walters any harder if I tried. And holy shit, how charming is Charlie Cox? Huge props to the She-Hulk team for taking what we did with Daredevil and running with it. Loved every minute!” DeKnight wrote.
It’s great to know that Steven S. DeKnight is all about She-Hulk and supporting Daredevil’s return to the MCU. With that in mind, we can’t wait to see more of Charlie Cox in more Marvel projects in the future. In addition to appearing in She-Hulk, Cox also played Matt Murdock in Spider-Man: No Way Home. He is also set to return in the reboot Daredevil: Born Again which is currently in development and is expected to premiere on Disney+ in early 2024.
