For years, folks have toyed with the idea of John potentially playing Reed Richards long before Marvel Studios announced its plans to reboot the Fantastic Four. It wasn’t until Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness that he was finally given the opportunity to play the “Smartest Man Alive” although his appearance was incredibly brief. Speaking with The Wrap during Jack Ryan Season 3’s press tour, Krasinski shared that while he enjoyed his short but “totally insane” MCU experience, he wasn’t exactly a fan of Reed Richard’s fate in Multiverse of Madness at the hands of Wanda Maximoff which ended up spawning several memes.He explains: “It was totally insane. To be in a room with all those people, and again to be a part of that narrative is crazy.
