Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Preview Video
The new preview video for the next season is quite meaty for anime trailer standards, especially as it’s nearly one and a half minutes long. For comparison, a lot of anime teasers are just 30 seconds long or even shorter in some cases. Tokyo Revengers Season 2’s new preview highlights the major characters that will play key roles in the next arc’s events. Though it also shows us some returning characters. Check out the new trailer here: In case you’re unfamiliar, Tokyo Revengers is an anime series by Liden Films that’s based on the manga of the same name by Ken Wakui. The manga serializes in Weekly Shonen Magazine and is one of the most popular manga in Japan with over 65 million copies in circulation. While the manga has been serialized since 2017, the series is about to end its run in just a couple of chapters. This means the manga will end sometime in November 2022. Fans still have a lot to look forward to though as Season 2 is still coming soon. The first Tokyo Revengers season consisted of 24 episodes and aired from April to September 2021. It’s likely that the next season will also have the same number of episodes, though there’s no official announcement yet regarding an episode count.
