Katherine Langford opened up on her Instagram Story by doing a Q&A with the caption: ‘Feel like doing a Q&A this #wastefreewednesday’ and one of those featured questions was asking about her eventual comeback as Iron Man’s daughter, Morgan Stark in the MCU, to make up for her deleted scene in the final take.
Aside from the Non-Disclosure Agreements Marvel Studios hands out to the MCU actors, Langford also shared that she doesn’t like posting on Instagram so much, seeing as ‘people can twist information once it’s out there.’ So it’s a good thing she’s also keeping a tight lip on any potential Marvel cameo or return news for now, even though there had been reports about her being in talks of coming back to the MCU.
Two years ago, Langford said she bore no ill will against Marvel Studios cutting out her scene and instead told Collider that what mattered more was the experience she was exposed to in her career, what mattered more was that the eventual release of the ‘Deleted Scene’ was more for the MCU fans rather than for her to get the spotlight. Watch the interview below:
Plot details for other upcoming Marvel Phases 4, 5, and 6 are being kept under wraps, and there may be no guarantee for Katherine Langford’s Morgan Stark returning, but who knows? It would be interesting to see the ‘next Tony Stark’ take over what he built and somehow still be involved with the MCU through his daughter.
