My Hero Academia Chapter 364 Recap

In a flashback, Dr. Kyudai Garaki attempted to reproduce the quirk-destroying drug that the Yakuza group, Shie Hassaikai, secretly manufactured. As soon as Tomura gave it to him, Dr. Garaki found out that the drug originated from a person’s quirk, which reverses causality. Dr. Garaki concentrated on its original effect rather than the quirk-destroying bullet. He gave All For One the byproduct of his experiment and warned him that he could only use it once. Once All For One is free, he will undoubtedly be able to achieve his goal. If anything goes wrong during All For One’s jailbreak, he can use the drug to restore his physical prime. Moreover, Dr. Garaki wishes All For One well and hopes that hatred does not reside in his heart. All For One commended Endeavor for his battle prowess. After all, All For One thought that he would never have to use the rewind drug against someone like him. As All For One rejuvenates, Endeavor and the other heroes see how effective Eri’s quirk was. All For One immediately went to another hero and stole her quirk. Thanks to the pro-hero Hawks, she was saved without her quirk and cape. While All For One reigns supreme, he also told everyone that by using the rewind drug, he would eventually disappear and die. However, All For One’s villainous dream has been passed on to his successor, Tomura Shigaraki. He only intends to complete his final task of rescuing Tomura from the insolent traps set by the heroes. In return, the pro-hero Hawks attempted to buy time for Endeavor to land one more blow with his most self-destructive super-enhancement skill. He attempted to engage All For One in conversation by making fun of his villainous fantasies. All For One’s dreams are fairly straightforward. In fact, comic books influenced him. In a world full of diverse cultures and values, villains are reviled and despised by all. This is why All For One wishes to obstruct the world’s future. Meanwhile, Timothy Agpar is in a tense meeting with a man in a silhouette in the United States. While Agpar wishes to stop Tomura immediately, the man entirely blames Agpar. He also told Agpar that their country is screwed because it is a half step closer to the red zone than the other countries. According to one of the reports from a specialized agency for quirks, Tomura Shigaraki has reached a point beyond human control. In short, no matter what happens to him, he is untouchable. The man also informed Agpar that they had exhausted their forces in the form of Star and Stripe and those missiles against Tomura. As a result, the man’s words enrage Agpar. He believes that their country does not need to submit to Tomura. The man, on the other hand, claimed that the other nations were competing to see who could gain Tomura’s trust first. The man also stated that it was for damage control and the future of their country. However, Agpar argued that if they allow Tomura to control them, they will be robbed of everything they own. Agpar is adamant that he will not let that happen to his country. While Agpar vented his feelings, he reflected on Star and Stripe’s bravery. He also began to question what Star died for and if the man had already forgotten it. Boys and girls, according to Agpar, grow up watching adults. They become connected when adults support them. The next generation then does the same for the others, which explains why heroes have powers in the first place. Edgeshot appeared in front of Best Jeanist on the battlefield with Tomura. He informs the pro-hero that he can enter anybody and that he has crept into so many that he is familiar with them all. He yelled at Mirko and told her that if her head was all left, she should be able to bite Tomura as her final struggle. While Tomura believes it is pointless, Edgeshot declares that Bakugo’s heart will not stop beating. Bakugo’s life is so important to Edgeshot that they can’t afford to lose it just yet. He also stated that Bakugo can still make it because he will make up the difference. He will make Bakugo move even if it means he will never be able to return to his original state. Edgeshot leaves everything to Best Jeanist before attempting to become Bakugo’s heart with his Thousand Sheet Pierce Extreme ninja technique before the chapter ends.
