In the finale of Netflix’s Resident Evil, before Albert Wesker makes the ultimate sacrifice to let Jade, Billie, and Bert get out of the Umbrella headquarters, he gave Jade a paper. Written on it is a name and an adress, and after the explosion where Jade rides away from Raccoon City, she peeks into it to see what’s written. Before dying, Albert Wesker told Jane that the person on the paper will be helping her after everything that happened. On the paper, a familiar name that made Resident Evil fans jump from excitement is written: Ada Wong, from Japan. Ada Wong is a beloved character in the franchise who first appeared in Resident Evil 2. In various adaptations, Ada Wong is a fan-favorite. She’s a spy of some sorts coming from a covert operative and in the game, she is one of the main characters and she is always an ally of the lead.
