There is little doubt that The Witcher: Blood Origin made it clear that Seanchai is an important yet mysterious character who could easily appear in multiple projects set in the Witcher universe. After all, she has the ability to take any form and appears to be capable of jumping through time. With that in mind, Lauren Schmidt Hissrich confirms it is very possible that the Elf will show up again in the fourth season of The Witcher. Lauren Schmidt Hissrich recently spoke to Kultura and she admitted that she wants to bring back Seanchai (via CBR).

“I’d love to!” Hissrich said before adding that Seanchai might not even be her real name. “To make it funnier, the character of Minnie Driver doesn’t really have a real name in the show. We call her the mysterious elf, aka Minnie Driver’s character. But when we meet her, she says she travels through time and space, that it’s her job to make sure this story isn’t forgotten,” she said. Interestingly, Hissrich continued that there are already plans to bring Minnie Driver into the main series. “All the time, even now that we’re starting to write scripts for The Witcher Season 4, we’re talking about how we can reintroduce this character. So I definitely agree with you and would love to meet her again,” she stated before adding that there are two more characters who will show up in the main series. “We’ll see Avallac’h and Eredin again, but I think she’s really fascinating. It would be a nice job for us,” Hissrich said. For now, details about The Witcher Season 4 have not yet been revealed. Nevertheless, we’re hoping to see more of the Blood Origin characters in the show. All episodes of The Witcher: Blood Origin are now streaming on Netflix.
