Now, it looks like Holland wants to live his life in peace to focus on his mental health. The MCU star revealed that he’s setting social media aside to look after his well-being. According to the 26-year-old actor, he decided to delete his Instagram and Twitter applications because he finds both platforms to be “overstimulating” and “overwhelming”. In a video posted on his Instagram, he said: “I get caught up and I spiral when I read things about me online, and ultimately, it’s very detrimental to my mental state, so I decided to take a step back and delete the app.“Tom’s social media pages have not been taken down so there’s still a chance he could pop up on the platform every now and then. However, don’t expect him to be as active as he used to be.

In September 2020, Elizabeth Olsen quit Instagram, her only social media account after allegedly getting harassed by some fans for not mourning the death of Chadwick Boseman publicly.
